Fees are based on the APS recommended fee of $246 per session and will be scaled according to need.

Bulk-Billing

A number of spaces are reserved for clients whose circumstances require bulk-billing.

Medicare Rebate

With a doctor’s referral, psychological services attract a Medicare rebate for 10 sessions per calendar year. After the first six sessions there must be a review by the referring doctor before a further four sessions are provided. The initial doctor’s consultation usually takes longer as the Mental Health Care Plan takes some time to complete. With the referral and Medicare card provided, payment is made on the day and the Medicare rebate is deposited into your account overnight.

Insurance Claims

Keryl is accredited as a WorkCover provider for clients who have made an insurance claim. There are currently three insurance providers, GIO, Allianz and EML.

Training

Crucial Conversations and Influencer are 2 day courses which may be held in a variety of formats designed to suit the customer.  Fees for customised courses for organisations, not-for-profits and groups may be discussed upon inquiry.

Cancellation Policy

Full fee is payable for cancellations if less than 24 hours notice is given. Exceptional circumstances may be taken into account.
